James P. DeBlasio

James P. DeBlasio is President and Chief Executive Officer of Internap. He most recently served as the Company's president and chief operating officer since September 2005. DeBlasio also has served, since August 2003, as a member of the board of directors and chairman of the audit committee. He will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's engineering, operations, marketing and sales functions. DeBlasio brings more than 23 years of financial experience in the telecommunications industry, holding key senior leadership roles in financial planning and analysis, portfolio analysis and strategic planning. Before joining Internap, he served as Financial Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Wireline and Wireless product portfolio for Lucent Technologies' Mobility and INS Products, where he has overall financial responsibility for all infrastructure products.

From 2002 to 2003, he was Financial Vice President for Lucent Technologies' Mobility Solutions Group, where he had overall financial responsibility for that business segment. He served as Financial Vice President-Corporate Planning and Analysis for Lucent from 2001 to 2002. Previously, Mr. DeBlasio held key management roles at Lucent, AT&T Corp., and Bell Laboratories. Mr. DeBlasio holds a Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance and Financial Portfolio Analysis from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from Villanova University.
