High-volume users can choose the Internap Gigabit Ethernet Service, and have the option of installing a rate-limited service. With this high-speed service, you receive route-optimized connectivity via our proprietary P-NAP® (Private Network Access Point) technology, ensuring the fastest, most reliable data transfers possible.

Included with your Gigabit Ethernet service

• Full transit, route-optimized TCP/IP connectivity through the Internap P-NAP facility directly to the major Internet backbones
• 24 x 7 Proactive circuit monitoring, outage reporting and outage troubleshooting by the Internap Network Operations Center (NOC)
• Bandwidth utilization graphs available 24 x 7
• Notification schedule and escalation procedures
• Access to the Internap DNS servers for local resolution
